两种情况
1，别人已经改了，你再改；
解决办法：先更新，再提交；


2，项目被锁；
先在报错类所在workspace的根目录下,进行如下操作：TortoiseSVN->clean  up

再svn commit，或者再在eclipse项目选择team->freash/cleanup,再进行提交
